Appointment, Scheduling and Cancellation Information
Arrival: All new clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing any necessary paperwork scheduled service.

Cancellation: Please call to cancel your appointment at: 918-551-7988 to best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24 notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. Cancellations made with less that 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer an appointment upon your arrival.!
