Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to unwind, have a beverage and give us the low down on what’s been going on in your life (aka paperwork).

Cancellation Policy

Fig knows life happens and things pop up but please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a spa treatment and 48 hours notice to cancel a medical treatment. We have a 3 strikes policy; therefore, after 3 missed appointments or cancellations within the 24-48 hour timeframe we will require payment in full at the time of scheduling for all future appointments.

Consultations

All consultations at Fig are complimentary. Our team wants to help you find the treatment that best suits each individual; therefore, we consider this part of your experience.

Client Satisfaction

Obviously, we think our products are the best and we hope you’ll enjoy them just as much. However, if you are unhappy with a product purchase from Fig, please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 7 days of purchase and we’ll gladly exchange the item for store credit toward another product of equal or greater value. Fig cannot issue cash refunds. Please note, Fig Gift Cards and Package purchases are not refundable.

Although Fig makes every effort to keep its website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. Also note, Fig also reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
